Shannon Brazzell, a two-time all-conference selection, earned second team All-Western Athletic Conference honors in 1999 and finished his career as first team All-WAC selection in 2000. The two-time team captain lettered four years as a linebacker for the Frogs in 1997-2000 and finished the 1999 season with a team-high 98 tackles and recorded four forced fumbles on the season which ranks third most in TCU history during the Gary Patterson era.
