Gregg Troy has gone on to be one of the most successful coaches in NCAA history following his swimming career at TCU, which saw him be honored as a four-year team captain and leave school with six TCU records. He would go on to become the head coach of the United States Olympic team at the 2012 Olympics in London and has earned multiple NCAA and National Coach of the Year accolades while coaching at Florida. Troy, who has been inducted into the American Swim Coaches Hall of Fame, has coached over 250 All-America honorees and 91 Olympic swimmers during his tenure. A five-time SEC Coach of the Year, Troy has carried the Gators to 27 men’s and women’s team titles and 125 conference event titles.
