Email is one of the main ways Frog Club communicates with donors and sends updates on all upcoming events and campaigns. If you need to: 1) update your email preferences, 2) figure out why you are not receiving emails or 3) sign up altogether, the answers to all are below.Â

If you are a Frog Club member and
are not receiving emails:
- Check your Spam folder!
- If you have a Gmail account, please check the Promotions tab folder at the top for emails coming from "TCU Frog Club" or "TCU Athletics."
- Make sure that updates@news.gofrogs.com is a saved email in your settings to receive emails from.
- Send Frog Club another primary email address you use and we will update it in our system for you.
If you are wanting to
update your email preferences in our system,
resubscribe OR
subscribe to receive Athletics/Frog Club emails:
- Visit https://app.gofrogs.com/signup and fill out the form. Make sure you check all boxes that relate to the information you want to receive!
- Email Frog Club or call us at 817-257-7700 to give us your information and a primary email address you use, and we will make sure you have a record in our system.
