Responsibilities: Laney is responsible for leading Frog Club’s donor stewardship, engagement and experience initiatives. She oversees the planning and execution of donor relations programming, including impact communications, stewardship efforts and events that strengthen relationships with Frog Club members and supporters of TCU Athletics. Laney also partners with University Advancement and Athletics teams to create meaningful experiences that celebrate the impact of donors and support the success of Horned Frog student-athletes.
Prior to TCU: Laney began her career in athletics at Kansas State as a Student Assistant with Football Recruiting and Operations before transitioning to the Ahearn Fund, supporting donor events and premium hospitality. Most recently, she joined the Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Events team, focused on revenue-generating events, and supported FIFA’s 2026 World Cup in Kansas City as part of the VIP Guest Operations team.
Education: Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University ‘23 and a Masters of Science in Sport Management from Texas A&M University ‘26
Personal: Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Laney loves spending time outside, playing golf, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and exploring new restaurants.
