What is your favorite thing about being a student athlete at TCU?
I have a lot of favorite things about being a student athlete at TCU. If I had to choose one, it would definitely be the community that TCU has given me. Being a student-athlete can be tough if going through it alone. I have had my teammates, coaches, advisors, fans, and family to help guide me through my time here. I have created a lot of memories that will last a lifetime.

What is it like playing for coach Bell?
Playing for Bell has been an awesome experience. I think it’s important to play for a coach who believes in you, and I can honestly say I have always felt that Eric has believed in me. Even when I didn’t believe in myself, Eric pushed me to be the best player and person I can be. He pushes us to “fight”, which is a key word for TCU soccer, and doesn’t allow any excuses.

What does it mean to you to play for TCU?

Playing for TCU means so much to me. Being from Mansfield, I have wanted to be a person that the local soccer kids can look up too. Playing for TCU means to be a part of a community who supports us through the ups and downs. The support from the community has meant so much and it’s always an honor to wear TCU on my jersey.

When your playing career at TCU is finished, what will it mean to you to be a letterwinner at TCU?

After I graduate from TCU, I am hoping to continue my soccer career. Whether that be here in the USA or overseas, I just want to continue doing what I love. I am confident in what TCU has taught and given me to be ready for what comes next when I graduate.

What do you plan to do once you graduate from TCU?

When I graduate from TCU as a letter winner, I think it will just give me this sense of pride. I have worked so hard to get here and it will just be a symbol of dedication. It will also be a reminder of my experience at TCU and how many friendships I have made from being here.

What does it mean to you to compete for TCU?
It means a lot to be able to represent such a prestigious institution in a sport that means so much to me. Im getting to further my academic and athletic pursuits in an amazing environment. Every time I step on the track I remind myself to be truly thankful for what TCU has done for me.

When your competing career at TCU is finished, what will it mean to you to be a letterwinner at TCU?
I feel that being a letterwinner is a testament to all the work that has preceded this award, as well as the people who have supported me throughout my entire career. I wouldn’t be here without my support system.

What do you plan to do once you graduate from TCU?
After graduating I want to first pursue a career as a professional track and field athlete before going to chiropractic school with the aim of one day opening my own practice.

What is your favorite thing about being a student athlete at TCU?
I’ve grown up around Fort Worth my entire life, so from a young age I’ve seen the pride that people in this city have for TCU. To be able to wear the Horned Frog on my chest is an honor and an opportunity to show my love for the community - in and around campus. Speaking on the student aspect, I found that TCU has a perfect balance of both academics and athletics, one doesn’t overpower the other. The classroom is very involved and the quality of education I’m receiving is truly special.

What are some of your favorite memories of being a student-athlete at TCU?
I think what I’ll remember most about competing for TCU is getting to compete alongside my twin sister (Gracie Morris) for two years. We’ve always been close and had a common interest in running, so it was really special to share this collegiate experience with her.
