Responsibilities: Alex is responsible for leading a high-performance team to drive philanthropic support for TCU Athletics. He oversees major giving, annual giving, stewardship, alumni relations, and fundraising marketing through the Frog Club.
Prior to TCU: Alex brings nearly two decades of experience in athletics and academic fundraising, most recently serving as Senior Associate Athletics Director for Development at Boston College. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at Texas Tech University in senior development roles, including over eight years with Texas Tech Athletics where he led fundraising teams for both annual giving and major gifts. Alex's background also includes development work at the United States Air Force Academy.
Education: University of Mississippi, B.B.A. in Business Administration (2010); University of Northern Colorado, M.S. in Sports Administration (2012).
Personal: Alex's wife, Jennifer, is a Fort Worth native (TCU Class of 2006) and the daughter of TCU football letterwinner, Alan Teichelman (TCU Class of 1977). Alex and Jennifer have three children: Maisie, Maren and Court.
