Responsibilities: Jill oversees the Block T Association, including the TCU Athletics Hall of Fame Banquet, the TCU Coaches Classic, and the Horned Frog Classic. Jill is a major gifts officer with most of her portfolio consisting of former student-athletes and parents of former student-athletes.
Prior to TCU: Jill served as the Horned Frogs' Director of Volleyball and Head Volleyball Coach from 2015-2021, leading the program to four postseason appearances including trips to the NCAA Tournament in 2015 and 2016. The 2015 season was highlighted by a 3-0 sweep of No. 2 Texas for the first win over a top-10 opponent in program history. The 2016 season saw TCU earn an NCAA Tournament victory. As the Director of Volleyball, Jill launched the inaugural Beach Volleyball program in 2015 and in 2016 hired current TCU Head Beach Volleyball coach, Hector Gutierrez.
Prior to coaching at TCU, Jill served as head volleyball coach at West Virginia for five seasons (2010-2014) and was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Virginia, Alabama,and UTSA, while also being heavily involved with USA Volleyball.
During her 20-year collegiate coaching career, Jill's players earned 23 All-Conference awards (SEC, ACC, Big 12), 11 AVCA All-Region awards, 6 AVCA All-American awards, and 2 AVCA National Player of the Week Awards.
Jill was on the first NCAA volleyball team at TCU and was one of the first volleyball scholarship student-athletes in 1996. She was also a 2017 inductee into the TCU Athletics Hall of Fame.
Jill is currently a member of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce as well as Near Southside Inc. She is active in the development of Fort Worth's Medical Innovation District, Near Southside, and Historic Southside communities.

Personal: A native of San Antonio, TX, Jill & her husband Willem have resided in Fort Worth since 2015.
